I bound copy, move demolish to the keys below ESDF. Build roads, build warehouse, residence, upgrade, add floor, select ruins. I don't bother with the customizeable right click wheel, which is not bad, it's just slower, and setup hotkeys for building stuff directly, on the letter keys that are to the right of ESDF.
